We had an issue with discounts and adding cars. We were constantly in communication with his office for 2 months, and nothing was resolved. They kept saying they were working on it. We finally contacted corporate, and nothing had been done. Highly do not recommend. We switched companies.

No communication! None. 8 months of leaving messages and multiple errors from staff. Never resolved
